Polynomials ${\displaystyle {}P_{1},\ldots ,P_{n}\in K[X]}$ over a field ${\displaystyle {}K}$ are called coprime, if they have, with the exception of constants ${\displaystyle {}c\neq 0}$, no common divisor.
